Terms of Use
Create New One, Inc. ("we") sets forth the following terms of use for the Weave service ("the Service").
Article 1 (Application)
These terms define the rights and obligations between us and users regarding the use of the Service. Users shall use the Service in accordance with these terms.
Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in acts that violate laws or public order, infringe our or third parties' rights, interfere with the operation of the Service, or that we deem inappropriate. We may suspend use or delete accounts in case of violation.
Article 3 (Changes to or Termination of the Service)
We may change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision as necessary. We shall not be liable for any damage to users arising from such changes or termination beyond the extent permitted by law.
Article 4 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

Article 5 (Changes to the Terms)
We may change these terms as necessary. Continued use after changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on this site.
Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
